ABOUT PECDACHSHUNDS
At Pecdachshunds, we are a family-centred preservation breeding program dedicated to the Miniature Longhaired and Smooth Dachshund.
Our passion extends beyond breeding. We are committed to preserving the Dachshund’s unique breed characteristics, sound structure, natural abilities, and confident, stable temperament.
We breed first and foremost for ourselves, with the future of our breeding program in mind. Every litter is thoughtfully planned with the hope of retaining a puppy that will positively contribute to the next generation, rather than simply fulfilling a waiting list.
Our puppies are born and raised in our home, surrounded by family life, where early development, individual attention, and positive experiences are an important part of their upbringing.
Through conformation showing, breed-specific activities, health testing, and continued education, we strive to make meaningful contributions to the preservation and future of this remarkable breed.
Preservation is our purpose. Family is at the heart of everything we do.
